The developer, Greenvest LLC, began
construction in our subdivision began in 1992. As of April 2003 all
lots were sold and construction of the last home is finally
complete, giving our community a total of 524 homes and families.
We are an elegantly landscaped, upscale
community that welcomes residents and visitors at each entrance with
a unique welcome monument to one of Prince William County's finest
communities. Meadowbrook Woods was named the area's "new hot spot"
by the Washington Post during it's construction phase an d continues
to be a sought after place to live.
