The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is dedicated to
keeping our community within the guidelines that make it the great and
beautiful place to live that it is.
All exterior modifications to homes or landscaping need to
be submitted for review and approval by the ARB before work is accomplished.
This is in addition to any permits and approvals required by the county.
The
Architectural Guidelines
have been updated and are now available online. You can use the
included
ARB Application form to submit your planned modifications to the ARB.
The ARB has also included an handy
Checklist to help ensure you have completed everything with your
submission to smooth out the review process as much as possible. You can also access forms directly from the
Forms
page. Please note that our forms do go through periodic updates and the
version you obtain online may not always the be latest edition. Please contact any one of the Committee members
or Sequoia Management if you need help or
additional guidance.
Annual reviews are conducted by the ARB and Sequoia
Management throughout the neighborhood to make sure that all modifications /
changes have been properly documented and reviewed by the ARB.
If you can help out please use the
Volunteer Form to let us know.
