The Meadowbrook Woods Home Owners Association (MBWHOA)
Board of Directors Page. We would like to welcome you to your community, both on the streets and here on
the web.
We are responsible for governing the association and take
our positions on the Board of Directors very seriously.
Our mission is to ensure that our community (Yes, we live
here too) remains as lovely tomorrow as it is today.
The Board of Directors is comprised of members elected by
you, the association members. Any Meadowbrook Woods resident is eligible to
participate on the board.
In general, when a board member leaves
without fulfilling their term (3 years) a new member is appointed by
the board of directors to complete the remaining term of the vacated
position. Each year at the annual meeting, any board positions that have
expired are advertised and voted on at the meeting by the board members
present. Any resident can submit their name for the vacated positions and
the board votes on the candidates.
There is one remaining open position on the
Board of Directors. If you are interested please contact a current board
