If you are a new resident or it's come to that time to renew your pool pass. Homeowners may use the Homeowners Owner Pool Pass Application to get in the swim. Tenants may use the Homeowners Tenant Pool Pass Application to get in the swim. Please note that our forms do go through periodic updates and the version you obtain online may not always the be latest edition. Please contact any one of the committee members or Sequoia Management if you need help or additional guidance.

The pool is also available to community members for parties. You can use the Pool Party Form (also available on the forms page in both PDF and Word formats) to submit your request for use in accordance with the details captured in the Pool Rules

Meadowbrook Woods also has a Swim Team available, the Meadowbrook Makos. They are regularly recruiting for members, so if you are interested in having your child participate please visit the teams website by clicking on the team logo to the right.
